The Impact of Nutrition on Quality of Life

On November 20, as part of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), an event was held on the topic “The Impact of Nutrition on Quality of Life.”
Students of group GM 25-01(russian stream), under the supervision of Kamalova M.N., Aitzhan M.U., Tolenova K.D., Imanbay A.K., and Naziran F., conducted a mini-survey among teachers and students. Participants were invited to choose one of the presented food items and explain their choice in terms of its health benefits.
The event aimed to study students’ nutritional preferences and raise awareness about the influence of diet on overall quality of life. Proper nutrition provides the body with energy, supports good health, improves mood, and enhances productivity. In contrast, frequent consumption of unhealthy foods reduces energy levels and contributes to various health issues.
Making conscious food choices is an important step toward an active, healthy, and long life.
