The Teachers of the Department of Fundamental Medicine — Khassidan M.K., Bolatbek M.M., and Targynova A.T. — conducted an open session on the Sustainable Development Goals with students of groups 25-01 (Kaz) and 25-03 (Russian, Dentistry). The topic of the session was “Stop HIV/AIDS,” dedicated to World AIDS Day, which is observed on December 1.
During the session, the teachers provided detailed information about the ways HIV is transmitted, methods of prevention, the importance of early diagnosis, and the need to develop a responsible attitude toward personal health.
The students actively participated in the discussion, after which informational booklets and educational materials were distributed to other university students to raise awareness and promote a healthy environment.
