“Guidance for Future Lawyers: Sharing Professional Experience by prosecutor”

On December 4, 2025, the members of the “El Tutka” debate club, together with the club leader Tlepbergenov Orynbasar, held a meeting with Turlubi Nurym, Senior Prosecutor of the Abai District Prosecutor’s Office of Shymkent city and a 2021 graduate of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. This event became an important part of the club’s educational activities, aimed at broadening students’ professional outlook and deepening their understanding of the practical side of legal work.

During the meeting, Turlubi Nurym shared his professional experience in the prosecution service, describing the specifics of daily duties, the level of responsibility associated with the role of a prosecutor, and the significance of professional ethics. He explained how theoretical knowledge acquired at university is applied in real legal practice, emphasizing the importance of precision, objectivity, and a thorough understanding of legislation when working with criminal and other legal cases.

In addition, the Senior Prosecutor offered valuable advice to future lawyers. He highlighted the necessity of continuous self-education, the ability to analyze legal norms and practical cases, and the importance of integrity and adherence to the principles of lawfulness. According to him, only those who successfully combine theory with practice and remain loyal to professional standards can become highly qualified and respected legal specialists.
