Internal Audit of the Quality Management System Held at the Faculty of Oriental Studies

On December 10, 2025, an internal audit was conducted at the Department of Turkish and the History of Eastern Countries of the Faculty of Oriental Studies in accordance with Rector’s Order No. 804, within the framework of the Quality Management System (QMS).

The audit was carried out by Assistant Professor of the Faculty of International Relations, Almagul Zhagaltaevna Tusupova, and Senior Lecturer responsible for the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Bakytgul Kopbaevna Bazarkulova.

During the audit, the department’s documentation was thoroughly reviewed in accordance with the approved nomenclature. Particular attention was paid to the relevance, completeness, systematic organization, and correctness of the documentation, as well as the implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan and the conduct of educational, research, and upbringing activities.

As a result of the audit, it was confirmed that the documentation is properly maintained, meets QMS standards, and no major discrepancies were found. The work was deemed satisfactory.

The department expresses its gratitude to the auditors for their professionalism, constructive feedback, and objective assessment. This audit became an important step in strengthening the quality assurance system at the Faculty of Oriental Studies.
