5 december, 2025

A psychological event titled “Psycho Express” was held at the Almaty Humanitarian and Economic University (AGUE). The event was aimed at supporting students’ psycho-emotional well-being and preventing emotional burnout.

As part of the event, psychologists from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University took part in providing psychological support to AGUE students. The “Psycho Express” format allowed participants to receive professional consultations in a short period of time, discuss relevant emotional and academic challenges, and obtain practical recommendations on stress management and maintaining personal resources.

Special attention was given to issues of anxiety, emotional resilience, motivation, and adaptation to academic workload. The event contributed to fostering a culture of mental health care and increasing the accessibility of psychological support for students.

The implementation of the “Psycho Express” initiative served as an example of interuniversity cooperation and highlighted the importance of joint efforts aimed at supporting students and developing psychological support systems within the educational environment.
