The award ceremony of the international competition "The best plaster cast"

On December 05, 2025, the library of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted a solemn awarding ceremony for the winners of the international competition "The Best Plaster Cast of a shoe Footprint", organized by the faculty of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics as part of the implementation and achievement of paragraph 4 of the UN Sustainable Development Goal "Ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and encouraging lifelong learning opportunities for all."

The competition was held from October 6 to October 17, 2025, among students of the 3rd and 4th courses of the educational programs 6B12301 "Law Enforcement" and 6B04205 "Jurisprudence".

Students from the following educational institutions took part in the competition:

- Al-Farabi Kazakh National University;

- Turan University;

- Kunaev University;

- Mukhtar Auezov South Kazakhstan Research University;

- Almaty branch of the St. Petersburg University of the Humanities of Trade Unions;

- Almaty University of Humanities and Economics;

- Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

According to the results of the competition, more than 90 results of group work were received from 7 universities. According to the results of the selection, 48 diplomas were presented at the award ceremony. The winners of the competition were awarded diplomas of I, II and III degrees from the senior lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, Candidate of Law N.S. Temirbolat.
