A visiting lecture "Law and order – the pillar of society" was held within the framework of SDG 4

On December 22, 2025, teachers of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University held a field lecture for senior students of Gymnasium School No. 13. on the topic: "Law and order are the backbone of society." The event was aimed at improving the legal literacy of young people, explaining the principles of legality and forming responsible civic behavior. The campaign was held as part of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goal SDG 4 – Quality education.

The following activities were implemented within the framework of the program:

Express lecture "Law and Order – the pillar of society": Faculty teachers told students about the basics of the rule of law, the concept of "A good citizen" and the importance of discipline as part of a quality education.

Interactive quiz "Know your rights": Students tested their knowledge of the constitutional rights, duties and norms of administrative responsibility of minors in a game format.

Career guidance master class: Teachers of the KazNU Department talked about the advantages of legal education and career prospects in the law enforcement system.

The event was attended by representatives of various groups:

students of the 9th grade – 25 people;

KazNU teachers – 2 people.

This campaign has made a significant contribution to the promotion of legal culture among young people. Participants improved their knowledge of legal risks and received practical advice on protecting their rights. In addition, the university has strengthened partnerships with the school, which helps attract motivated applicants and meet the SDG indicators.
