The development of AI is a priority for KazNU

Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev met with a well-known expert in the field of education, founder of EdCrunch Academy Nurlan Kiyasov.

The participants of the meeting discussed the prospects for the implementation of joint projects in the field of artificial intelligence and digital technologies. In particular, special attention was paid to the implementation of artificial intelligence in the educational process and the development of research work.

In addition, the parties discussed ways to optimize supercomputing capacities based on KazNU, as well as methods for their effective implementation in scientific research and innovative developments. The implementation of these initiatives will contribute to improving the quality of research in the field of artificial intelligence, big data analysis and high-performance computing.

Zhanseit Tuimebayev presented to the guest of honor the capabilities of the university supercomputer and explained in what areas it will be used.

In turn, Nurlan Kiyasov noted the university's readiness to implement joint projects with researchers in the field of IT and AI and expressed support for all initiatives.
