Certified Online Course “Problems and Prospects for the Development of Constitutional and Administrative Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Context of the 2027 Constitutional Reform”

From January 12 to 23, 2026, the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University is conducting a certified online course entitled “Problems and Prospects for the Development of Constitutional and Administrative Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Context of the 2027 Constitutional Reform.”

The participants include representatives of leading universities, such as Narxoz University, Kunaev University, AlmaU (Almaty University of Management), UiB (University of International Business), the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yessenov University, the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies, Maqsut Narikbayev University, M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University (Auezov University), Tashkent State University of Law, E.A. Buketov Karaganda University, Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University, Caspian Public University, Baishev University (Aktobe), L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, and Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

On the first day of the course, lectures within the theoretical and legal module were delivered by Professor, Doctor of Law Ibraeva A.S., as well as doctoral student of the Faculty of Law and general practice lawyer Akhmetova Saule.

Lectures are conducted in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
Upon completion of the course, participants receive a certificate for 80 academic hours.
