PK-301 on Practical Training: Attending a Criminal Court Hearing

The court examined a case under Article 296 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Illicit handling of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogues without the intent to sell).

During the hearing, the students familiarized themselves with the criminal procedure, the duties and powers of the parties involved, and the procedures for examining evidence. This practical session allowed the students to develop professional skills and gain a deeper understanding of law enforcement practice.
