“Service in the Military Prosecutor’s Office: Practice, Challenges and Prospects”

The Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Guards Garrison, Colonel of Justice Sultankulov Alpamys Vladimirovich, delivered a guest lecture for 2nd- and 3rd-year students of the Faculty of Law.

During the lecture, topical issues of the activities of the military prosecutor’s offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan, specific features of prosecutorial supervision in the Armed Forces, as well as the investigation and prevention of military and other crimes in the military sphere were discussed. Particular attention was paid to ensuring legality and the rights of servicemen, as well as the role of the military prosecutor’s office in maintaining military discipline and strengthening the rule of law in the armed forces.

Colonel of Justice Sultankulov A.V. shared his practical experience in the military prosecutor’s offices, provided examples from law enforcement practice, and answered students’ questions regarding admission to service in the prosecutor’s offices and professional training of military prosecutors.
