“Constitutional Changes: New Opportunities for Socio-Economic Development”

On February 9, 2026, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted a round table titled “Constitutional Changes: New Opportunities for Socio-Economic Development.”

The event was attended by representatives of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law: Master of Legal Sciences, Senior Lecturer K.N. Alikhan and Candidate of Legal Sciences A.Zh. Zharbolova.

The welcoming speech was delivered by the Deputy Chairman of the Board – First Vice-Rector Erkin Ermanuly Duisenov.

During the round table, the key provisions of the draft new Constitution, institutional changes, and their significance for the development of the state and society were discussed. The event became an important platform for expert dialogue and strengthening legal culture.
