Anti-Corruption Council held a meeting at the Almaty city branch of the AMANAT party

K.R. Useinova, Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and member of the Public Council on Combating Corruption under the AMANAT party, participated in the Council's work.

During the meeting, the Almaty Police Department presented a report on its anti-corruption efforts for 2025 and plans for 2026. The meeting was chaired by Z. Umirbayeva, Deputy of the Almaty City Maslikhat, and was attended by Council members and government representatives.

The participants discussed key results of anti-corruption efforts, emphasizing the importance of increasing public trust, strengthening internal control, and developing an open dialogue with society. Issues related to improving the effectiveness of the Police Department, monitoring the media and social media, and strengthening outreach efforts were also discussed.

Following the meeting, relevant recommendations were adopted.
