Meeting on “Building a Trustworthy Society through Law and Order”
On February 9, 2026, at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a meeting on the topic “Building a Trustworthy Society through Law and Order” was held, organized by the Student Campus staff. The event aimed to enhance students’ legal literacy, strengthen cooperation with the police, and encourage active participation in maintaining public order.
The meeting was attended by Evgeny Nikolaevich Petrov, Head of the City Police Assistance Headquarters of the Almaty Police Department. He met with members of the student group “Police Public Assistants” and explained the main directions of their activities, as well as their rights and legal responsibilities.
During the meeting, students had the opportunity to ask questions and learn about the practical experience of public police assistants. Evgeny Nikolaevich Petrov emphasized the importance of responsibility and discipline in ensuring public safety and highlighted that every citizen’s role is crucial in building trust within society.
At the end of the event, participants discussed ways to cooperate with the police, maintain public order, and promote legal culture. The meeting helped expand students’ legal knowledge and motivated them to actively engage in community life.
