S.A. Yesenin’s Living Words: Literary Evening in Memory

Literary Evening in Memory of Sergey Alexandrovich Yesenin

On January 27, our college held a literary evening dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of Sergey Alexandrovich Yesenin, a poet whose words still resonate today with sincerity, pain, and a bright love for life.

Under the guidance of teachers S.K. Kopzhasarova and A.K. Sisenbayeva, students engaged with live poetry through expressive reading, precise intonation, and personal immersion in Yesenin’s lines.
That evening, the poems did not come from the stage — they came from the heart.

Students from the following groups participated:
📖 PR-104, PR-105, PDR-107, PR-112

We thank all participants and organizers for their respectful attitude toward the word and for creating the atmosphere of a true literary evening.
Such gatherings prove: poetry remains alive as long as it is read and felt.

“And if time, blowing like the wind,
Erases the traces of years gone by,
Yesenin remains in the verses,
As the voice of the homeland and its light.”
