SDG № 4 8, 16: «Enhancing Teamwork as the Foundation of a Successful Team»

In today’s dynamic professional environment, the successful development of an organization largely depends on the professional and team competencies of its employees. Effective collaboration, commitment to shared goals, and mutual support form the foundation of a strong team.

At Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a team meeting was held at the initiative of the Department of Social Development within the framework of the concept for developing professional team competencies.

The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen effective communication within the team, enhance collaborative skills, and improve overall teamwork.

During the meeting, participants:

• explored the key principles of teamwork;

• discussed effective communication and feedback strategies;

• completed activities aimed at building mutual trust;

• identified team roles and examined the importance of setting common goals;

• developed joint decision-making skills through practical exercises.

The event was held in a warm and engaging atmosphere. Participants exchanged ideas and experiences, highlighting the importance of teamwork.
