Active discussion of the draft new Constitution continues across the country. As part of this process, academic hearings are being held across the country, bringing together experts and the scientific community.
Today, students and faculty gathered at the Makan Esbulatov Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to hear the opinion of Alua Salamatovna Ibrayeva, a leading expert in constitutional law and a Doctor of Laws and Professor in the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
During the meeting, key changes to the Basic Law and their implications for society, the state, and law enforcement were discussed in detail.
