An extracurricular class at the “Madison” center

        On February 18, 2026, an off-campus lesson for Tourism students was organized by lecturer Beisakhmet A.A. as part of the course “Ethics and Etiquette in Tourism” at the еntertainment complex “Madison”.

The aim was to reinforce professional ethics and business etiquette in practice. The center’s manager spoke about challenges in working with clients and ethical ways to resolve them, and also conducted a guided tour of the center. The lesson contributed to the development of students’ professional skills.
