Within the “Donate a Book to the Library” Campaign

On February 16–17, the Al-Farabi Scientific Library of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted the charitable campaign “Donate a Book to the Library.”

As part of this initiative, the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Management donated 14 scientific textbooks and monographs to enrich the library collection. The donated publications include valuable academic works and contemporary research produced by the faculty members.

This initiative aims to support education and science, strengthen academic culture, and expand students’ access to high-quality learning resources.

 The event directly contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 4 – “Quality Education.”
It also supports SDG 17 – “Partnerships for the Goals” by promoting academic collaboration and the dissemination of scientific knowledge.
