3rd Place at the XVII Republican Subject Olympiad in Earth Sciences

The lecturer of the Department of Geography, Land Management and Cadastre, Kurbankozha Nurdaulet Adiluly (team supervisor), and 3rd-year students of the educational program 6B050205 – Geography, Zhuniskhanova Asel, Beisenbay Zhanbibi, and Kusaiyn Akniet won 3rd place at the XVII Republican Subject Olympiad held on November 18–19, 2025, in Astana.
Ten universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan offering the educational program B052 – Earth Sciences participated in the competition.
The Olympiad consisted of three stages:
1st round – Team presentation.
2nd round – Test and practical tasks.
3rd round – Project defense (home assignment).
