The Chairman of the Board of Geography and Water Security Institute JSC, Medeu Akhmetkal held a meeting with students of the “Geography” educational program of the Department of Geography, Land Management, and Cadastre.

During the meeting, the main scientific areas of the institute were discussed, including issues of water security, effective water resource management under climate change conditions, and current challenges in hydrological research in the country. The Chairman emphasized the importance of research activities and encouraged young specialists to engage in science and master modern geoinformation technologies.

In addition, valuable information was provided about opportunities for internships, participation in research projects, and future employment prospects. Students asked questions of interest and received professional guidance.
