“Clean Environment – Conscious Society: Youth Perspective”
The event was attended by faculty members Zh.S. Zhunisov, A.E. Mukhametzhan, A.A. Maltabarov, as well as 1st–3rd year students. The roundtable was organized to promote environmental culture, draw young people's attention to environmental protection issues, and enhance their civic engagement.
During the discussion, participants exchanged views on maintaining environmental cleanliness, ecological responsibility, reducing household waste, waste sorting practices, and the principles of sustainable development. Youth environmental initiatives, volunteer movements, and ways to implement green projects in educational institutions were also discussed.
The roundtable was conducted in an interactive format: participants shared their perspectives, put forward proposals, and suggested concrete solutions and practical steps. It was emphasized that a responsible attitude toward the environment is an essential condition for building a conscious society.
The event aimed to develop environmental awareness among young people, strengthen their social responsibility, and foster an active civic position for the benefit of society.
