“Second Life”: Initiative for the Restoration of Outdated Geographical Atlases
With the participation of 3rd-year students of the Tourism educational program, the “Second Life” initiative was organized. The project aimed to restore geographical atlases previously used in the educational process that had deteriorated over time, and to reintegrate them into academic use.
During the initiative, students carried out the systematization of educational materials, repaired damaged pages and covers, and ensured proper organization of the atlases. Special attention was given to fostering a culture of careful handling of academic resources and promoting the principles of their rational and repeated use.
This initiative is aimed at enhancing students’ responsibility and strengthening the practice of efficient and careful use of educational materials.
