Visit to the KazNU Museum: Exploring History and Inspiring Patriotism

A meaningful educational session was held at the Museum of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University for 3rd-year undergraduate students of the Faculty of Philology. A group of 9 students took part in the visit

The chief guides, Kudretulla A.D. and Mukhtarova N.M., conducted an engaging excursion, introducing students to the history and development of one of the leading universities in Kazakhstan. Special attention was given to the university’s role in advancing science, education, and culture.
The main goal of the event was not only to broaden students’ knowledge about the university, but also to foster a sense of pride, patriotism, and respect for national heritage.
During the visit, students discovered several interesting facts about KazNU. The university is ranked among the top institutions in Central Asia and holds strong positions in international rankings. It is also home to a powerful supercomputer cluster, considered one of the most advanced in the world. KazNU actively collaborates with global companies and organizations such as Samsung, Huawei, and Ericsson. In addition, the university offers numerous double-degree programs, providing students with opportunities to study abroad.

The museum visit became both an educational and inspiring experience, helping students feel more connected to their university and their future profession
