СHARITY EVENT “ELDERLY PEOPLE ARE OUR TREASURE”

Teachers and students of the Department of the Middle East and South Asia visited the “Bizdin Ui” nursing home.

On March 20, 2026, teachers and students of the Department of the Middle East and South Asia visited the “Bizdin Ui” nursing home within the framework of Sustainable Development Goal 3 to promote social responsibility, kindness, and humanistic values.

During the event, students organized a small концерт program for the elderly, performed songs, and demonstrated their talents. They also presented small gifts prepared in advance, bringing joy and a festive atmosphere to the residents.

During the visit, students communicated with the elderly residents, listened to their life experiences and valuable advice. This warm meeting strengthened the spiritual connection between generations and highlighted the importance of respect for the older generation.

In addition, the teachers organized a tea table for the residents, spent quality time together, and took memorable photos. The event was very touching, and the elderly residents expressed their gratitude and gave their blessings.

Such charity events contribute to the development of students’ moral values and increase their sense of social responsibility.
