Visit of the Delegation of Xinjiang Medical University to the KazNU Museum

The museum of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was visited by a delegation from Xinjiang Medical University. During the экскурсия, the guests were introduced to the exhibitions reflecting the history of the university, its scientific heritage, and outstanding KazNU graduates.

The delegation showed particular interest in the history of the “Golden Man,” one of the most important archaeological symbols of Kazakhstan. The guests learned about the discovery of the Issyk burial mound, the historical and cultural significance of the artifact, as well as the scientific contribution of archaeologist Kemel Akishev - an outstanding graduate of KazNU who led the excavations and research of the monument.

The visit became part of the academic and cultural exchange between the universities.
