Kazakhtelecom held an educational seminar for employees within EducationPro in Almaty, directed to development of personal competencies. Note that it was held in TEDx format for the first time.
Large attention is paid to employees’ development in Kazakhtelecom, using innovational instruments in education and internal communications. Thus, on the initiative of HR-department, EducationPro was launched in 2018 in webinars format– for gaining new experience in various spheres by employees.
