As part of the implementation of the 15 goals of the SDGs, an international scientific and practical seminar was held

On September 30, 2023, in the Botanical Garden of Almaty, the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law held an international scientific and practical seminar within the framework of SDG 15 with the participation of students, undergraduates and teaching staff.
The international scientific and practical seminar was attended by students and undergraduates of Penn State University (The Pennsylvania State University) USA.
In addition, the staff of the Botanical Garden of Almaty and the chief guide Dubinina Elena Stanislavovna took part, who spoke about the current issues of ecosystem conservation, as well as rare plants of the Botanical Garden.

Purpose: to draw attention to the public problem of preserving terrestrial ecosystems.
