Leadership Lecture

In the special auditorium of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, on October 04, 2023, a leadership lecture was held by the Deputy Head of the Zhambyl region Police Department, Police Colonel Rakhmetullayev Nurzhan Ermakhanovich, who is currently a student of the Faculty of Leadership Training of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named Makana Esbulatova.

The lecture was devoted to the activities of the internal affairs bodies for the prevention and prevention of crimes in modern conditions of globalization and transnationalization.

The Speaker touched upon the issues of countering crimes against public safety and public order. The students were interested in the issues of the three-tier model of crime investigation (Investigator-Prosecutor's Office-Court), questions of investigation, about the anti-terrorism program, namely questions about how to detain terrorists, calculate risks and consequences.

Mr. Rakhmetullayev spoke about the progressive reforms carried out in the Ministry of Internal Affairs in recent years, which change the format of relations and interaction between the internal affairs bodies and the population, which change the image of a policeman and increase the level of trust of citizens in the police.

Having delivered a leadership lecture, Colonel Rakhmetullayev made an invaluable contribution to understanding modern challenges in law enforcement, the lecture became an important stage in the curriculum of students and left an indelible mark on their professional training. At the end of the lecture, the audience was filled with applause. Students passionately asked questions to Mr. Rakhmetullayev and could not hide their admiration for his experience and knowledge!
