At the meeting Abildinov B.B. spoke in detail about the effectiveness of the policy in relation to socially vulnerable (SV) segments of the population. Some categories of citizens need special support and infrastructure depending on the regions of the country. She also covered in detail the composition of the subjects of the SU. Socially vulnerable include those citizens who, due to circumstances, have lost (did not have from birth) housing, a breadwinner, or the physical ability to work. In the context of income, we are talking about those citizens who, due to difficult life circumstances, have a low level of income or cannot earn money at all.
