On October 18, 2023, a regular meeting of the digital club was held on the SmartPoint platform, which was attended by Dean of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi KazNU, Doctor of Law, Professor Baideldinov Daulet Laikovich, Rector of Maqsut Narikbayv University Sergey Pen, head of gameLab KBTU, teacher of the School of IT and Engineering of KBTU Alexandra Knysheva, Deputy Head of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs RK named after M.Esbulatov, Police Colonel Yerzhan Bimoldanov and moderator of the meeting, Head of the Center for Digital Law Ermek Rustambek – uly.

The meeting discussed topical issues of training "Digital professions" for the digital economy. Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Baideldinov Daulet Laikovich spoke about the development of digital legislation and about the peculiarities of training digital lawyers. He noted that the development of digital technologies in our life is much ahead of the training of specialists in this field. We do not keep up with the needs of life, while the criminal world actively uses digital methods to commit its offenses. In order to resist them, it is necessary to train qualified legal personnel in the field of digital law.
