Constitutional development of Kazakhstan as a democratic state: theory and practice

On 21.10.2023, an annual scientific conference on the topic was held in the library of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University : “Constitutional development of Kazakhstan as a democratic state: theory and practice" in honor of the outstanding scientist, academician S.S. Sartaev, the conference was moderated by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor. Baideldinov D. L. 
Sultan Sartaevich Sartaev was a famous statesman, an active deputy of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the XXII convocation, a politician, thinker, philosopher, researcher, a true scientist, speaker, publicist, poet and finally, a teacher and mentor whose research work left an indelible mark in the world of science! 
Kazakh scientists, statesmen and politicians of sovereign Kazakhstan, relatives and relatives of Academician S.S. Sartayev were invited by the Faculty of Law, in particular by the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, where Academician S.S. Sartayev worked for a long time. This event is a monument to his scientific heritage!
