The Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, within the framework of the implementation of the UN SDG No. 16 – «Peace, Justice and effective institutions», organized a meeting with Mr. Saitbekov Aidar Mutalikovich, Head of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Esbulatov.

The head of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Mr. Aidar Seitbekov, not only met with students of the Faculty of Law, but also gave a lecture on the prevention of offenses in the conditions of digitalization. In addition, the speaker noted that he attaches great importance to the legal literacy of young people and regularly holds such events.
During the meeting, students showed interest in security issues, crime prevention and knowledge applied in this area.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of the public and active citizens.
