The event was opened by the rector of the university Zhanseit Tuimebayev, congratulating the university staff on a significant holiday.

During the event, by the Decree of the President of the country, Kassym-Jomart Tokayeva, Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Administrative and Constitutional Law, PhD, Karlygash Rakhimzhanovna Useinova with a Gold medal "Birlik".
Also, the best teachers and staff of the university were awarded the medal "Eren enbegi usin". Among them, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Lecturer of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Zharbolova A.Zh.
