International student forum on the topic: “Science, education and youth in the context of sustainable development: current issues, trends and innovations”

On the initiative of the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor D.L. Baideldinova On October 17, 2023, 4th year students of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Kakimseit Aruzhan and Markhabatkyzy Shadiyar took part in the International Student Forum on the topic: “Science, education and youth in the context of sustainable development: current issues, trends and innovations” dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the International University of the Kyrgyz Republic. The purpose of the student scientific forum was to stimulate interdisciplinary cooperation, exchange of experience and ideas between students, by agreeing and developing recommendations and solutions aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of the education system and scientific research, as well as researching current issues, considering trends and presenting innovations in the field of science and education; emphasizing the positions of youth in considering and shaping the future.

At the Kakimseit forum, Aruzhan made a report on the topic: “Legal regulation of the activities of remote workers (freelancers)” (scientific supervisor, PhD, Asanova S.E.), Shadiyar Marhabbatkyzy made a report on the topic: “Transition to electronic legal proceedings in civil proceedings” (scientific supervisor doctor PhD, Asanova S.E.) were awarded diplomas of 1st and 3rd degrees and were noted by the competition commission as full-fledged scientific research in the chosen field of law.
