SDG 4 "Problems of legal regulation of taxation on transferring (selling) land into private ownership or for the right of use"

On October 30, 2023, within the framework of the 4th Sustainable Development Goal, senior lecturer of the department of customs, financial and environmental law S. Zhapakov  holded open lesson with 3rd year students of the 9th group of the specialty "Cadastre" of the Faculty of Geography on the topic: "Problems of legal regulation of taxation on transferring (selling) land into private ownership or for the right of use."  This seminar was an active exchange of views on the issues discussed in the lesson and aroused the interest of students.  Professor of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, Associate Professor B. Zhugralina and Professor of the Department of Geography, Land Management and Cadastre M. Kadylbekov  took part in the seminar and expressed their opinion.
