Visit to the Akhmet Baitursynov Museum

For the purpose of sustainable development of “Quality Education”, on October 20, 2023, 1st year students of the specialty “Public Health” with curator-adviser Arynova G.A. visited the “Museum of Akhmet Baitursynov”. The cultural and scientific house-museum is dedicated to the life and creative path of the public figure, poet, scientist Akhmet Baitursynov. The museum is located at the intersection of A. Baitursynov and Zhambyl streets in Almaty. Baitursynov lived in this house in 1934-1937. Students got acquainted with the life and works of Akhmet Baitursynov. The house-museum consists of three rooms: the former dining room, the children's room and the office of the head of the family. The two largest and brightest halls display originals and copies of documents and photographs telling about Baitursynov’s family, his friends and like-minded people. The students really liked the museum; they were pleased that they had enriched their knowledge about the Great Teacher.
