The problem of gender equality in Kazakhstan”

On November 7, 2023, Senior lecturer of the Department of foreign philology and translation Studies R. A. Torekhanova held a round table talk on the topic “The problem of gender equality in Kazakhstan” with the the students in Dotmitory 17 within the frameworks of SDG “Gender equality”.
During the event, an open dialogue was held on the issues of women's and men's wages in Kazakhstan, the goals and objectives of feminist organizations, the impact of gender equality on society. At the event, the 1st year students of “Translation studies” major shared their thoughts about gender equality.
