Within the framework of the image events held by the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University to achieve the UN SDGs, covering 17 SDGs on social partnership and cluster education on the initiative of the scientific community "Fair Law" for 2nd and 3rd year students on November 21, 2023 at 17 o'clock in 309 audience was successfully given a guest lecture on a topical topic in the light of recent events in Kazakhstan: "Illegal actions in the sphere of family and household relations". The lecture was held within the framework of the discipline "Administrative responsibility" under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department, Doctor of Law Kalisheva N.H. Despite the fact that we live in a modern developed society, cases of domestic violence in families are quite common. Of course, it is often not customary to talk about this openly, and in vain. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulates that human dignity is inviolable, everyone has the right to protect their honor and dignity. The speaker of the event was the lawyer of the Almaty City Bar Association, Master of Law Nurmukhambet Aydin Aslanuly.
The organizers of the event were active participants of the scientific community: 2nd year students of PD - Zhakitov Bogdan, Sultanbekova Sabina, Kuandykov Arystan, Smailova Dilnaz, 3rd year students of YUP Secretary of the scientific community - Konakbayeva Klara, Taipova Dayana and other participants. We believe that holding such events will be a useful experience for future professionals in the field of law enforcement.
