Results of the meeting with judges of the Bostandyk District Court of Almaty

November 24, 2023 at the Department of Civil Law and Civil Process, Labor Law of the Faculty of Law of Al Farabi KazNU in the framework of implementation of SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Effective Institutions in order to contribute to building a peaceful and open society for sustainable development at 3 p.m. in 301 classroom held a meeting of bachelors, masters, teachers with judges of Bostandyk District Court of Almaty Tursymbaeva R.A., Abaideldinova A.T., organized by Doctor of Law, Professor Suleimenova S.Zh., teachers Asanova S.E., Nurahmetova G.G., Abaideldinov T.M.
During the scientific-practical meeting invited judges explained the goals and objectives of the state policy aimed at improving the judicial system of Kazakhstan, the essence and content of judicial power, the prospects for the development of the judicial system in the context of harmonization of the legislation of the EAEU countries and international law. Judges covered theoretical issues of civil procedural law, showed the mechanism of implementation of substantive law norms (labor, pension, civil, housing, family and marriage, business, copyright and other related branches of law) in judicial law enforcement practice on the basis of the norms of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, normative resolutions of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as other legal acts established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts" and other legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Judges Tursymbaeva R.A., Abaideldinova A.T. gave answers to the questions of students and teachers, explained the conditions of competition for the position of judge, etc.  The judges urged students to pay great attention to learning, deep knowledge, invited students to Bostandyk District Court for industrial and educational practices.
