Results of the scientific seminar on the topic: “Environmental Protection Measures.”
On November 28, 2023 at 12.00, the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law, as part of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, held a scientific seminar on the topic “Environmental Protection Measures.” The event brought together representatives of teaching staff, students, undergraduates and doctoral students, creating a unique platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of law and sustainable development.
The main goal of the seminar was to create a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experience and scientific research aimed at developing and implementing effective environmental protection measures. One of the key aspects touched upon during the seminar was the role of civil law and civil procedure, labor law in regulating issues related to environmental protection. Experts highlighted the importance of creating a legal foundation for effective environmental protection, and also examined the practical aspects of applying legislation in this area.
