On the eve of the 90th anniversary of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on November 30, 2023, a scientific seminar on the topic "Issues of Implementation of Legal Policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan" took place at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, as part of the implementation and achievement of Strategic Goal No. 4 "Quality Education". The seminar was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Alua Salamatovna Ibraeva, Professor.
The aim of the scientific seminar was to elucidate the concept of legal policy and investigate the problems of implementing the legal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Doctoral students and master's students from the 1st and 2nd courses of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, namely Saule Akhmetova, Kanat Alikhan, Akmaral Mukhamedzhan, Guldana Akimzhan, Nursultan Akimzhan, and Aruzhan Koblandina, served as speakers.
During the scientific seminar, issues of the modern legal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan were studied, the current problems of its implementation were discussed, and some aspects of legislative activity in the era of digitalization were considered.
