Results of the scientific seminar on the topic “Marriage agreement: problems of theory and practice”

In order to implement the SDGs, on November 21 at 12.00 in room 317 of the Faculty of Law, a scientific seminar was held with students of group 108 on the topic “Marriage agreement: problems of theory and practice.” The moderators of the seminar were the head of the department of civil law and civil procedure, labor law, Doctor of Law, Professor Suleimenova S.Zh. and deputy head of the department for educational and methodological work, associate professor Nurakhmetova G.G. During the seminar, students discussed issues related to changes in the marriage and family legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also voiced their opinions on these changes and trends.
During the scientific seminar, questions about the need to change legislation were also raised. 1st year students actively discussed the effectiveness of the norms of marriage and family legislation.
