Within the framework of SDG 5, round table on the topic: “Modern trends in gender equality: domestic practice and international experience”
On the eve of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the Kazakh National University, the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law of the Faculty of Law held a round table on the topic: “Modern trends in gender equality: domestic practice and international experience.” The round table was attended by an expert on gender issues, representatives of government bodies, deputies of the Almaty Maslikhat, a lawyer, faculty teaching staff, students of group 309 of the Law Faculty, undergraduates and others.
Presentations were made by: Sagadat Tashbolatovna Sabitova, UN national expert on gender issues; Asiya Aikanovna Akanova, deputy of the maslikhat of the city of Almaty of the VIII convocation, Chairman of the Commission for Social Development, Culture, Sports, Religion and Youth Member of the AMANAT party; Asabaev Makhambet Kaipnazarovich, director of MaxMedGlobal LLP, deputy chairman of the Party Control Commission of the AMANAT party in Almaty; Bayanova Aizhan Mirasbekovna, lawyer at the Republican Bar Association of Almaty.
