 On February 08, 2024, at the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Labor Law, a scientific seminar was held on the topic: "Violence and social order" within the framework of the implementation of the UN SDGs (16.1 By 2030, significantly reduce the prevalence of all forms of violence and reduce mortality rates worldwide). The 1st year undergraduate student, Baimukhanova Diana Maratkyzy, acted as a speaker. The scientific seminar and discussion were moderated by the Head of the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Labor Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Suleimenova S.Zh.

During the scientific seminar, a new approach to the problem of violence was proposed and the close relationship between economic, legal, and political behavior was shown. The main purpose of the work under study is to show the existing authorities how it is possible to limit violence in an open access society and state and build indirect forms of their own legitimization.

Recently, the trend of the concept of "domestic violence" has also been rising. Which is also covered at the global level. The students were able to clearly identify the scale of this phenomenon as one of the most difficult and controversial problems.  

 

One of the main outcomes of the meeting was the solution of this problem in Kazakhstan through the participation of civil society and each individual to create peace and security. Those participating in the meeting showed new official data on the topic, noting the information they know, which has already been implemented by foreign practice.
