Meeting was held with the team of the IRD Academic Regional Resource Center for Information about the UN

On February 8, at the Faculty of International Relations, a working meeting was held with the team of the IRD Academic Regional Resource Center for Information about the UN, headed by Dean Delovarova L.F. with the curator of the UNAI global hub, Mr. Vlastimil Samek.

During the meeting, issues of organizing and holding joint events at the Faculty of International Relations and at the UN Plaza in Almaty were discussed.

In the coming months, it is planned to hold round tables and conferences dedicated to Kazakhstan’s accession to the UN and the opening of the first UN office. The main goal of the cooperation is the promotion and implementation of 17 sustainable development goals.
