On February 6, 2024, in order to implement the UN SDG-4 concept «Quality Education», senior lecturer of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, candidate of jurisprudence science D.A. Tursynkulova, together with students of group 306, held a round table on the topic «Human and civil rights and Freedoms». During the round table, students shared their thoughts and opinions about the differences between the concept of «right» and the concept of «freedom» of a person and a citizen, about how the nature of a person's legal status is determined.
