“The problem of gender equality in Kazakhstan”

Senior lecturer of the Department of foreign philology and translation Studies R. A. Torekhanova met with students of Hostel No. 17 on November 7, 2023.  There were held a round table on the topic “The problem of gender equality in Kazakhstan”  in the framework of SDGs in the field of “Gender equality”. 

During the event, an open dialogue was held on the issues of women's and men's wages in Kazakhstan, the goals and objectives of feminist organizations, the impact of gender equality on society. At the event, students of the 1st year of the specialty “Translation studies” shared their thoughts about gender equality.
