Some problems of pre-trial investigation

As part of the implementation of the 17 UNO Sustainable Development Goals at the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on February 12, 2024,  of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law represented by the speaker, lawyer of the Almaty City Bar Association Smagulova S.K., as well as with the active participation of the entire student community of the YUP 116 group We held a round table on the topic "Some problems of pre-trial investigation". The topics were discussed according to the plan:
1) articles 180-185 of the code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 
2) violations that are very often committed during pre-trial investigation
3) what are the methods of combating violations
4) whether the theory is followed in practice. 
At the end, a discussion was held by the speaker Smagulova S.K..
