Kusainov D.O. organized a Leadership lecture on the topic “Equal access to justice for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan” with the participation of 1st year students. The speaker was Irina Lvovna Lee, Founder and Director of the Assessor Legal Company.

The speaker in her speech touched upon the important issue of the importance of developing students as highly qualified specialists within the university and the importance of working in the civil service, in law enforcement, in the police, in the courts, and the prosecutor's office. In practice, a young specialist acquires invaluable skills in working with citizens, studies office management and develops basic professional competencies. This experience of the first stage of working as a lawyer, even with a small salary, even with a heavy workload, allows every young lawyer to gain a solid foundation for further building his professional activity.

The speaker paid special attention to the issue of providing legal assistance to ordinary citizens, noting that the legal literacy of the population has recently increased significantly. Irina Lvovna’s story about the most significant cases in the practice of her law firm aroused great interest among students.

The students listened with great interest to the lecturer who touched on such topical issues, asked many questions and noted that getting a good education, playing sports, and participating in the public life of the country is very important for future young professionals.
